Gentle Yoga
Yoga for EVERY body!
Gentle. Friendly. Beginner-style yoga with friends of all levels and abilities!
Sound Journey with Reiki
Come receive hands-on energy balancing (reiki) from our loving group of Lightworkers, while being serenaded in sound vibration by our sound specialists. All props provided. No experience is necessary! Just arrive and relax, we will take care of the rest.
Yin Restore
This class incorporates YIN & RESTORATIVE poses, as well as breath work to achieve release & deep relaxation. This is a slower more relaxed paced class, geared towards opening the body by holding poses for an extended time. Poses are mainly sitting or lying down with the focus of opening hips, spine, legs & shoulders; while releasing stress & tension. The provided props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, weighted sand bags, eye pillows) are used to support & love you up. Open to all levels.
Bhakti Sangha
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that is designed to help students sink into deep relaxation and spend time in the lower brain waves of the hypnagogic state. In this state, between sleep and wakefulness, the mind and body relax, making deep healing available to the entire system. Are you ready to relax more deeply than you ever have? All props provided. No experience necessary.
Slow Flow / Deep Stretch
A creative mix of slow vinyasa flow and deep, satisfying stretches, always with a restorative posture, pranayama, meditation and a little poetry too. Experience the bliss of breathing deeply, reconnecting with your body and settling your mind to connect with that place of inner peace.
Sound Journey + Yoga Nidra
A combination of our Yoga Nidra Meditation Class paired with a live sound journey. Take your practice even deeper, as you journey on a wave of sound to deeper levels of consciousness.
Open Sanctuary
Every Thursday 9am-12noon
Open Sanctuary is an opportunity to use the space (in silence) for your personal practice. Roll out a mat, or take a meditation on the main floor. Snuggle up with a book, enjoy the comforts of our upstairs workspace and library, or work on your next masterpiece (WiFi available). Silence is mandatory during Open Sanctuary hours so please use the space for quiet work/practice and don’t forget your headphones! Ambient music will be played to hold a peaceful container.
